i forgot to mention nashville’s glorious weather in my last blog
two days ago the high was 80 degrees. i took the dogs and wandered through the woods at edwin warner, wearing a T-shirt and capri pants. this morning i went to my car to find a good half-inch of little round ice balls piled upon it, the very same ones falling from the sky. dear nashville, this is bullshit. love, meg

I was just thinking the same thing.
Although I admit,I too am a closet capri pants wearer. Due to my short stature though, they generally look like highwaters. And short people have no reasonable excuse to have hw's.

not capri pants so much as the shorter length pants. they're more like cargo pants kinda sorta. and it took me at least three years before i broke down and bought a pair, because they look stupid. but, i hate shorts, so the short pants are a good alternative to skirts in the hot-type weather. and they's comfy, so shut it all o' yas.
cara, if you only wear capri pants in your closet, that seems like a waste of money and effort. unless you hang out in your closet a lot...
